Volunteer Application Form Information

How to Apply:

Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly and make sure you are happy to adhere to these before completing your application.

1. Volunteers are required to purchase a ticket from the website or by mail prior to the festival. You may send a check along with your application. The cost of the ticket will be returned to you after you complete the shifts required.

2. Print a copy of the application form and these instructions Please make sure to include your telephone number and e-mail address. Most of our correspondence with you will be by e-mail.

Terms and Conditions

All Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older by the date the festival begins.

All volunteers must arrive on site and register at the gate by 4 PM on the Thursday before the event. Other arrangements can be made on an individual basis.

All volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to the event, as well as their own campsite and food.

All volunteers must be alcohol and drug free while on their shifts.

All volunteers are required to purchase a music festival ticket prior to the event. The amount will be returned to the volunteer after his or her shifts are completed.

Volunteers will receive further information about training and shift times closer to the event.
